Dispensing tap leaking.
This is normally the dispensing tap seals. The lower seal that presses into the tap (looks like a top hat) and the upper seal (O-ring)
These seals should be cleaned and resealed with food grade petrol gel weekly and changed annually as part of your maintainable schedule.
It is very rare but if this does not cure the leak then the only other cause would be the actual tap or the bowl is damaged.
(This is very unusual)
